Training Policies

Enrollment / Reservations
Enrollment, or tentative reservation(s) are final two weeks prior to the scheduled course date.

Exceptions:

Openings due to student rescheduling or cancellation
Material availability

There are student minimums to schedule a classroom course for a group, or for a course to run as scheduled. Typically this minimum is three or four students depending on the course.

Individual training has a two hour minimum requirement. Rates may vary based on the application being taught.

Billing
Payment must be received within 7 days of reservation. Receipt of payment will guarantee reservation(s). If payment is not received, the reservation is void.

Exceptions: Pre Approved Corporate & Group accounts.

Cancellations / Re-Scheduling

One half of class fee will be held if a class is canceled or rescheduled within 2 weeks notice prior to class.
A $35.00 cancellation fee per student, per class will be charged for classes canceled with refunds requested.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class based on student occupancy.

Onsite Training
Travel expenses are the responsibility of the customer. (Travel time, airfare, lodging, meals)
